Role Description The Engineering Manager (4–5 years) role at Haptik is a contract, on-site position based in Goregaon. This role involves leading a software engineering team, driving technical execution, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions for Haptik’s AI-driven products.



The Engineering Manager will oversee project planning, sprint management, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and operations teams. Daily responsibilities include reviewing architecture and code, guiding integration efforts, mentoring engineers, and promoting best practices in software development, testing, and deployment. The role also includes tracking engineering metrics, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
