Role Description: The Business Head LATAM will lead GenAide Pharma’s business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives across Latin American markets. The LATAM head will be responsible for developing and executing market-entry and expansion plans, managing key partnerships, and driving revenue and profitability in the LATAM region. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing regional sales and marketing activities, identifying recent business opportunities,



and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as regulatory, supply chain, finance, and product development. The role involves setting performance targets, monitoring market trends and competitive dynamics, and ensuring compliance with regional regulatory requirements. The Business Head LATAM will also represent the company in external meetings, strengthen customer relationships, and provide regular performance and strategy updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Knowledge and work experience in LATAM pharmaceutical markets.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and distribution channels.
Strong experience in international business development and regional leadership, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
Proven track record in managing P&L;, sales strategy, and commercial operations across multiple countries or regions.
Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills, with
