Company Description The Uttar Pradesh RAMP Programme is part of the Government of India’s World Bank-supported “Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP)” Central Sector Scheme. Uttar Pradesh Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (UPSIC) serves as the nodal agency for implementing RAMP in the state. Under the RAMP framework, a Strategic Investment Plan (SIP) has been approved to drive targeted interventions for MSMEs in Uttar Pradesh. These initiatives focus on improving performance, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability of MSMEs across the state. UP RAMP’s official operations and communications are anchored through this program structure.
Role Description The Director at UP RAMP will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of key interventions under the RAMP framework. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves overseeing program operations, coordinating with government bodies, industry stakeholders, and development partners, and ensuring alignment with national and state-level MSME policies.



The Director will be responsible for reviewing project proposals, managing budgets, and tracking performance metrics to achieve defined targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding cross-functional teams, preparing progress reports and presentations, supporting stakeholder consultations, and strengthening governance and compliance mechanisms across the program. The role also requires proactive identification of risks and opportunities, recommending course corrections, and fostering a culture of accountability and impact-driven execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience in program or project leadership within government, development sector, or large-scale initiatives, with strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
Background in MSME development, public policy, economic development, or a related field, with a transparent understanding of policy frameworks and institutional mechanisms.
