n Role Overview
nWe are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CFO and AVP - IPO & IR &. The role requires exceptional coordination skills, robust business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

n Key Responsibilities
n1. Executive Support

- Manage and prioritise calendars for the CFO & AVP – IPO & IR, ensuring effective time management.n
- Schedule internal and external meetings, calls, and appointments across time zones.n
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up action trackers.n
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.n

n2. Coordination & Communication

- n




- Facilitate seamless communication across leadership teams, business units, and external partners.n
- Draft and review emails, reports, and communication on behalf.n
- Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and investor discussions.n

n3. Travel & Logistics Management
n
- n
- Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense tracking.n
- Ensure smooth execution of travel plans with contingency readiness.n

n4. MIS & Data Management
n
- n
- Track key business metrics, dashboards, and action items for leadership reviews.n
- Maintain organised records, documents, and confidential files.n
- Support the preparation of financial and operational reports in coordination with teams.n

n5. Project & Stakeholder Management

- Track progress of key strategic initiatives and follow up with stakeholders on deliverables.n
