*Designation – Sales Manager Sourcing - (Residential Sales - Luxury)*n
*CTC – Up to 18 LPA (Hike Given Basis Last Drawn)* + Sales Incentives + Mediclaim & Other Perks n

Work Days:6 Days Working n
n(Week-off: Rostered during the week. Sunday will be working)n
*Skills & Requirements:*n
n●Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience as a Sourcing Manager in Real Estate with Tier 1 Developers (Mandatory) ; *No CP / Mandate Firm Experience*n
n●Strong experience in Channel Partner Management & Broker Network Development n
n●Graduation is Mandatory n
n●Excellent Command Over English is Mandatory n

*Channel Partner Management & Lead Generation:*n
n• Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, channel partners n
n• Generate qualified leads through effective channel partner relationships and broker networks. n
n• Conduct regular broker meets, project presentations, and engagement activities to strengthen partnerships. n




n• Manage existing channel partners while continuously onboarding current partners to expand business opportunities. n
_*Sales Coordination & Conversion Support:*_n
n• Work closely with internal sales teams to ensure effective conversion of sourced leads into bookings. n
n• Track lead pipeline, sourcing performance, conversion ratios, and business outcomes. n
n• Support prospects through various stages of the sales cycle, including meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closure. n
n• Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for documentation, customer queries, and post-sales support. n
_*Market Engagement & Business Development:*_n
n• Share regular updates with channel partners regarding inventory, pricing, offers, and project developments. n
n• Support project launches, marketing campaigns, and broker engagement initiatives. n
