n Position Overview
nThis position reports to the India-based local manager and works closely with the Global sales team. This role is responsible for a high volume of accurate renewal and current product quotations and order submissions associated with a specific set of accounts.

n Minimum Qualifications

- n
- 2+ Years of previous experience in a Sales Support rolen
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office and its suite of products, especially Exceln
- Organized and task-orientedn
- High attention to detailn
- Customer service orientedn
- Ability to retain accuracy while working quicklyn
- Previous work experience in a large corporate office environmentn
- Professional and courteous attituden

- Proficient with Salesforce.com (SFDC)n
- 3-year degreen

n Responsibilities

- Create and submit accurate quotes to Sales teams 60-90 days before they are duen
- Use Salesforce.com reporting to identify all renewals, products and pricingn
- Use Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activityn
- Use Salesforce.com and the embedded forecast probability definitions to categorize opportunities accordinglyn
- Maintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with promotions and other items related to doing business with Autodesk and/or its Partnersn
- Build strong relationships and partnerships with Outside Sales teams.n
