NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a Chartered Accountant with strong experience in finance and accounting within a lending NBFC . The role will be responsible for financial closing, loan book accounting, regulatory reporting, reconciliations, Ind AS compliance, taxation and audit coordination.
NKey Responsibilities

- N
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and preparation of financial statements. N
- Handle loan book accounting , including disbursements, collections, interest accruals, overdue and NPA accounting. N
- Perform LMS vs GL and other key financial reconciliations. N
- Prepare and review RBI regulatory returns and reporting within prescribed timelines. N
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS , particularly Ind AS 109 and financial instrument accounting. N
- Manage/review ECL, provisioning, NPA classification and write-offs as per applicable norms. N




- Handle Income Tax, TDS,GST and other tax compliances. N
- Coordinate with Statutory, Internal and Tax Auditors and respond to audit queries. N
- Manage accounting and reconciliation of borrowings, interest costs and lender-related reporting. N
- Prepare MIS, financial analysis and management reports. N
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of RBI/Ind AS requirements. N
- Drive improvements in finance processes, controls, reconciliations and reporting automation. N
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on finance, accounting and regulatory requirements. N

- Lending NBFC experience is mandatory. N
- Solid understanding ofloan book accounting and lending-related finance processes. N
