N n Location: Sector 69, Gurugram
N Employment: Full-Time
N Working Days: Monday to Saturday
N⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

N n Key Responsibilities

- n
- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping N
- Handle billing, invoice entries, and payment tracking N
- Manage accounting entries in Tally ERP N
- Prepare daily and monthly expense reports N
- Maintain vendor payment records and petty cash N
- Provide basic support for GST and accounting documentation N
- Maintain and update Excel sheets and MIS reports N
- Track receivables, payments, and outstanding amounts N




- Coordinate with vendorsand internal teams regarding payment and accounting matters N
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions N
- Support management withroutine accounting and reporting requirements N

n n Required Skills
N✅ Basic to good knowledgeof Tally ERP
N✅ Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping
N✅ Valuable knowledge of MS Excel & Word
N✅ Basic understanding of GST and invoicing
N✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
N✅ Good communication and coordination skills
N✅ Ability to maintain records and meet deadlines
N✅ Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
N n Preferred Candidate Profile
N
- n
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / Commerce background preferred N
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping preferred N
- Experience with Tally, invoicing, GST and Excel will be an advantage N
- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals and Tally knowledge
