nAbout the Role
nSwami Vivekanand Subharti University invites applications from accomplished academic and administrative professionals for the position of Registrar. The Registrar will play a key leadership role in ensuring effective university administration, academic coordination, regulatory compliance and smooth functioning of institutional processes.
nEligibility & Experience

- Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent from a recognized institution.n
- The candidate must possess high integrity, character and dignity.n

nCandidates should fulfil one of the following experience profiles:

- n
- At least 15 years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor or above, along with experience in educational administration; ORn
- Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other institution of higher education; ORn




- 15 years of administrative experience, including at least 8 years as Deputy Registrar or in an equivalent post.n

- Provide strategic and administrative leadership for the effective functioning of the University.n
- Coordinate and oversee major administrative and academic processes across the University.n
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory and University policies.n
- Facilitate coordination between the University administration, academic departments and statutory bodies.n
- Maintain and strengthen institutional records, documentation and governance processes.n
- Support the implementation of decisions of the competent authorities and statutory bodies.n
- Contribute to institutional development, academic administration and quality enhancement initiatives.n
- Ensure transparency, efficiency, discipline and accountability in administrative operations.n
