N n About the Role
NiQuanta is looking for confident and engaging English Language Mentors to provide personalised 1:1 English communication and speaking practice sessions to students.
NThis is a flexible part-time opportunity where the mentor will work closely with assigned students, help them build their English from the basics, improve their communication skills, and provide regular feedback on their progress.
N n Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 1:1 online English sessions of 30 minutes each. N
- Help students improve their spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication skills. N
- Teach English concepts from the basics in a simple and practical manner. N
- Conduct regular speaking and communication practice sessions. N
- Provide constructive feedback and help students improve continuously. N
- Track individual student progress and identify areas requiring improvement. N




- Maintain consistency and punctuality across all scheduled sessions. N
- Create a comfortable and encouraging environment for students to practise speaking English. N
- Complete all assigned sessions within the defined cycle. N

- Good spoken English and strong communication skills. N
- Strong command of English grammar and pronunciation. N
- Ability to teach English from the basics. N
- Comfortable conducting speaking and communication practice sessions. N
- Ability to provide regular feedback and track student progress. N
- Comfortable with 1:1 online teaching and mentoring. N
- Reliable, punctual, andconsistent with scheduled sessions. N
- Flexible to work part time as per the assigned schedule. N
- Prior experience as an English Language Mentor, English Trainer, Communication Coach, Spoken English Trainer, or English Faculty is preferred. N
