N n What we are looking for:
NThe Assistant Manager/Manager – B2C Core Sales will lead HexaHealth’s direct-to-consumer sales engine, owning revenue growth, building and scaling high-performing sales teams, and driving conversion excellence across inbound and outbound channels.
N n Eligibility:
N● 4-7+ years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or consumer-focused businesses (healthcare/healthtech preferred).
N● Proven experience in building and managing large sales teams.
N● Strong track record of owning revenue numbers and scaling targets.
N● Hands-on leader with strong coaching and execution capabilities.
N● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
N n Job Responsibilities:
N● Own B2C revenue targetsand drive consistent month-on-month growth.
N● Build, hire, train, andscale inside sales team.
N● Set transparent KPIs, targets, and performance management frameworks for teams.




N● Drive lead-to-conversion excellence across inbound, outbound, and partner-generated leads.
N● Design and optimize sales processes, scripts, and SOPs to improve conversion and TAT.
N● Coach managers and frontline sales reps on consultative selling and objection handling.
N● Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
N● Track and analyze salesfunnel metrics: lead-to-connect %, conversion %, ticket size, revenue, and productivity.
N● Build forecasting models and present weekly/monthly performance reviews.
N● Identify new growth levers, channels, and monetization opportunities.
