Position: Senior Collection Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Collection Manager to lead collection operations, drive recovery performance, manage teams, and ensure achievement of business targets.
? Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end collection operations and achieve portfolio-wise recovery targets.
Lead and manage Collection Managers, Team Leaders & Field/Calling Teams.
Monitor key KPIs including recovery, productivity, PTP, roll rates, ageing & target achievement.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve performance.
Review daily/weekly MIS and branch performance and take corrective actions.




Handle client relationships, escalations and operational reviews.
Manage manpower planning, team productivity, incentives and operational costs.
⭐ Preferred Candidate
Candidates with robust experience in Collection Agency / Banking / NBFC / BPO, particularly in field collection and recovery operations, will be preferred.
