Role Description The GM Service role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Panachamoottil Honda dealership in Kollam. The individual in this role oversees the day-to-day operations of the service department, including managing service staff, monitoring workflow, and ensuring timely completion of service jobs. Responsibilities include planning and implementing service processes, coordinating with parts and sales teams, and maintaining service quality standards and safety protocols.



The GM Service interacts with customers to address service-related inquiries, resolve escalations, and promote a positive customer experience. The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, preparing service reports, managing budgets, and driving initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management abilities, including experience overseeing service or operations teams.
