We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Business Growth Specialist to join our Artist Management team. The role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with brands, agencies, corporates and event organisers, and creating revenue opportunities for the artists represented by the company.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the entertainment, artist management, events, brand activation and corporate engagement ecosystem, along with excellent networking, pitching and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify and develop recent business opportunities for artist bookings, performances, brand associations, endorsements and collaborations.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, brands, agencies and corporate accounts.
Generate leads through networking, market research, industry events, referrals and existing relationships.
Drive business from lead generation through pitching, negotiation, closure and handover.




Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets.

2. Artist & Brand Partnerships
Understand the company's artist portfolio and identify suitable commercial opportunities for each artist.
Develop customized proposals for brand collaborations, corporate events, endorsements, appearances, performances and digital campaigns.
Identify opportunities where artists can be integrated into brand campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the Artist Management team to ensure opportunities are commercially viable and aligned with the artist's positioning.

3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, event agencies, advertising agencies, corporate clients, media houses and entertainment stakeholders.
Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to generate repeat business, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
