Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with MSME clients, understanding their financial and business needs, and ensuring that PaperClip’s products and services deliver ongoing value. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new customers,



conducting regular check-ins, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. The Relationship Manager will track client performance and feedback, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and support product and operations teams with insights from the field. This role also includes preparing reports on client activity, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and representing PaperClip in client meetings, events, and other engagement activities.
