As we scale our manufacturing operations, we are seeking a results-driven ERP Manager to lead, drive, and successfully execute our end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation.

​Position Summary
The ERP Manager will be responsible for leading the entire lifecycle of our recent ERP software implementation across all operational departments, including Manufacturing, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Accounts/Finance, and Plant Management. You will bridge the gap between key business stakeholders, operational teams, and external ERP software vendors.

​Key Responsibilities
​End-to-End ERP Implementation: Lead the system selection, scoping, architectural design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization of the ERP platform.
​Process Mapping & Optimization: Map existing manufacturing, sales, dispatch,



and inventory workflows (including Gate Pass, BOM management, Tally integration, and Plant Planning) into standardized ERP processes.
​Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between internal leadership, cross-functional department heads, and third-party ERP vendors/consultants.
​Data Migration & Integrity: Oversee the cleanup, extraction, transformation, and migration of legacy data (master data, stock, BOMs, ledger records) into the new system.
​User Training & Change Management: Conduct hands-on training sessions for plant staff, sales ops, and administration teams to drive full system adoption and operational compliance.
​Customization & Testing: Define functional specifications for custom reports, dashboards, and module integrations; conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before rollout.
​Post-Implementation Support: Establish ongoing support procedures, resolve technical bottlenecks, and
