The Role
We're looking for a Senior Manager – Demand Generation & Marketing to lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and enterprise pipeline.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution. You'll work closely with the CMO, founders, product, and sales teams to build campaigns that position DSW as a category leader while generating measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Sales Enablement
Partner closely with the sales team to generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for strategic accounts.
Create personalized executive outreach campaigns, including ABM email sequences and nurture journeys.
Support enterprise deal pursuits with tailored presentations, industry-specific messaging, case studies, proposals, and sales collateral.




Design campaigns that accelerate lead generation, improve conversion rates, and shorten enterprise sales cycles.
Track marketing contribution to pipeline, SQLs, opportunities, and revenue.

Digital & Performance Marketing
Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Own performance marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms.
Optimize campaigns using analytics, conversion metrics, and ROI measurement.
Drive website traffic, lead acquisition, and marketing automation programs.

Content & Thought Leadership
Own DSW's content strategy across blogs, white papers, case studies, customer stories, newsletters, webinars, and executive thought leadership.
Develop compelling messaging for CIOs, CTOs, Heads of AI, and enterprise technology leaders.
Collaborate with product and leadership teams to build category-defining content around Enterprise AI and AI-Nativ
