Key Responsibilities
Edit documentaries, CSR films, podcasts, reels, and digital content from raw footage to final delivery.
Work with interviews, observational footage, B-roll, archival material, music, sound effects, and graphics.
Collaborate with directors and producers to understand creative intent and incorporate feedback.
Create platform-specific edits for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Organise and manage project files, footage, sequences, and final exports efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
Solid storytelling sense and an eye for detail.
Good understanding of editing rhythm, pacing, music, and sound design.
Ability to find stories within large amounts of raw footage.
Familiarity with Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve equivalent editing software.
Basic understanding of colour correction, sound mixing and visual effects.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a creative team.
1–3 years of relevant editing experience is preferred; strong portfolios can compensate for experience.
