Role Overview
Our global analytics team is looking for a Business BI Analyst to join our team to drive analytics. This position is located in Gurgaon, India and will be reporting to our Global BI & Data Manager.
You will be responsible for designing, developing,



and maintaining BI solutions that help our organisation make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve creating and managing data warehouses, developing dashboards and reports, and ensuring data quality and integrity. You will also be responsible for optimising existing BI systems and conducting regular performance tuning to enhance overall system efficiency.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft technologies to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and implement ETL processes using SSIS to integrate data from various sources into data warehouses.
