Role Description The Parts Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, responsible for supporting the academy’s operational and technical needs by managing parts and related supplies. Day-to-day activities include identifying parts requirements, advising internal stakeholders on suitable components, processing sales orders,



and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely availability of parts. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and initiating replenishment to prevent shortages or delays in academy operations. The Parts Sales Specialist will interact with internal customers and external suppliers, handle inquiries, resolve issues related to parts availability or quality, and contribute to smooth functioning of training equipment and facilities. The position requires consistent in office collaboration with administrative, technical, and teaching teams.
