? Hiring - Business Development Executive

About the Role:

Zealous Healthcare Services is looking for a energetic, target-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition, build strategic relationships, and expand our healthcare outsourcing business.

Key Responsibilities:
? Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
? Identify and engage hospitals, physician groups, healthcare organizations, insurers, and international clients.
? Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
? Manage the sales pipeline, CRM, proposals, quotations, and business closures.
? Collaborate with Operations and Leadership teams for smooth client onboarding.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
? Track healthcare market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales,



Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Healthcare BPO, Medical Coding, Medical Billing, RCM, Healthcare IT, or Healthcare Staffing preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Exposure to US Healthcare / RCM and international clients is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
