Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement LTE/NR PHY algorithms and procedures
Review and Mentor high performance L1 teams towards delivery excellence in the following:
o Optimize L1 for latency, throughput, and CPU/DSP/GPU/FPGA utilization
o Interface with Radio/RF, L2, and fronthaul subsystems
o Debug PHY issues using logs, IQ capture, and lab equipment
Ability to drive large scale 4G/5G L1 product development, sustenance and customer support
programs involving multiple variants of eNodeBs/gNodeBs in various forms including
vRAN/ORAN/custom
Ability to communicate with senior levels of internal and external stakeholders
