About the Team
The Corporate Development team plays a pivotal role in driving Navi's strategic growth, capital initiatives, and inorganic expansion. Operating at the core of Navi’s financial future, our team leads equity capital raising projects—spanning private equity and IPO preparation. We act as a strategic engine for the company, actively monitoring market trends and competitive landscapes to build a robust M&A; pipeline. We also foster and maintain vital relationships with both private and public market investors through proactive communication and engagement.

Role Overview
Navi is on the lookout for a strong Head, Corporate Development to play a crucial role in shaping the company’s growth strategy by driving fundraising and M&A; activities. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be at the forefront of identifying, evaluating, and executing high-impact opportunities that align with our mission to make finance accessible to a billion Indians. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a solid background in corporate finance,



M&A;, and capital markets, who is eager to contribute to Navi’s growth trajectory.

What We Expect From You
Conduct market research and analysis to inform decision-making and strategy
development.
Provide insights and recommendations on capital structure, financing strategies, and potential growth opportunities
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute Navi’s fundraising & corporate strategy
Engage with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure
funding and manage relationships.
Prepare and present investment materials, financial models, and pitch decks to potential investors.
Analyze and recommend optimal capital structures and financing strategies to
support Navi’s strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct due diligence, financial modeling,
and valuation analyses.
