Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the associate identifies and nurtures new business opportunities by conducting market research, prospecting leads, and qualifying potential partners and customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing lead pipelines,



preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, and clearly communicating Bhanzu’s offerings and value proposition. The associate collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine outreach strategies, supports sales calls and demos, and maintains accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role also involves meeting defined growth targets, providing feedback from the market, and representing Bhanzu professionally in all external interactions.
