Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms, aligned with Innovkraft’s digital marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with content calendars, drafting posts and captions, coordinating basic graphic or video assets with the creative team, and monitoring engagement metrics to suggest improvements.



The intern will help track trends, conduct simple competitor research, and contribute ideas to campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience interaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, requiring close collaboration with the marketing and content teams in the office environment.
Qualifications
Ability to demonstrate skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, with an interest in data-driven campaigns and brand building.
Solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas effectively.
Comfort with basic content tools (e.g., Canva or similar), and a willingness to learn analytics dashboards and scheduling tools.
