Company Description Rajasthan Bal Kalyan Samiti (RBKS), founded in 1981 by the late Pt. Jeevat Ram Sharma, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to education and rural development for marginalized communities in Rajasthan. Starting with educational support for tribal children, RBKS now works extensively to secure fundamental rights to education and health while tackling poverty, land degradation, water scarcity, and livelihood challenges. Role Description The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion of development projects,



ensuring alignment with RBKS’s mission and community needs. This full-time, in office role is based in Udaipur and involves coordinating activities with field teams, community stakeholders, government departments, and partner organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scopes and timelines, managing budgets and resources, tracking progress against objectives, and preparing regular reports and documentation. The Project Manager will facilitate community participation, address operational challenges, supervise inspections and quality checks, and ensure compliance with organizational and donor requirements. The role also involves optimizing logistics for project activities, supporting capacity-building initiatives, and continuously improving processes to achieve sustainable outcomes.
