Tangent Thought Technologies | T3 is a growing technology startup specializing in Computer Vision, AI, Home & Industrial Automation, IoT, Cloud Infrastructure, and Custom Software Development.
We build innovative technology solutions for businesses and are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and build solid B2B relationships.

Responsibilities:
●​ Generate qualified B2B leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, Clay, Google, and other prospecting tools.
●​ Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients.
●​ Identify decision-makers and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
●​ Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
●​ Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain CRM records.
●​ Work closely with the founders to convert opportunities into long-term clients.




●​ Achieve agreed-upon lead generation and business development targets.

What We’re Looking For:
●​ Strong skills in Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and build a healthy sales pipeline.
●​ Good understanding of Business and Account Management for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
●​ Excellent spoken and written English.
●​ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
●​ Confident in cold calling and initiating conversations with potential clients.
●​ Prior experience in B2B Sales, IT Services, SaaS, or Lead Generation is preferred; motivated candidates are welcome to apply.
●​ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is an advantage.
Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
●​ Experience in technology/software services sales, especially digital transformation or process automation, is beneficial.
