About Panchamritam
Panchamritam is a food brand focused on bringing back simple, minimally processed food products that people can trust. Our portfolio currently includes wood-pressed and cold-pressed oils and traditional Indian snacks, with plans to expand our presence across Metro cities and other markets.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Raipur to help us build our presence in the city.

What you'll do
Identify and build a database of potential retailers, premium grocery stores, health & wellness stores, communities, corporates and other relevant sales channels across Raipur.
Reach out to prospective customers/partners through calls, WhatsApp, email and in-person visits.
Introduce Panchamritam, explain our products and generate trial orders and recent accounts.
Conduct product sampling and sales meetings where required.
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and customers.
Follow up consistently on leads, samples,



enquiries and orders.
Identify new opportunities for partnerships, community sales and local activations.
Track daily outreach, leads, meetings, samples and conversions in a simple CRM/sheet.
Share regular updates on market feedback, competitor activity, pricing and customer preferences.
Work closely with the founders to convert promising leads and build a strong Mumbai sales pipeline.

What we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, FMCG, food, retail or D2C.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field sales and meeting people in person.
Highly proactive and comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations.
Strong follow-up discipline, you don't give up after one unanswered call.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
Familiarity with Raipur's retail/FMCG ecosystem is a strong advantage.
