About the role:
We’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant with 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, take ownership of assigned work, collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams, and contribute across the Salesforce project delivery lifecycle.
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements, design and build Salesforce solutions, participate in testing and deployments, and support solutions after production.
You’ll have the chance to work across both established Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies while continuing to grow your technical and consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements, clarify assigned work items, identify solutions, and drive them through to completion.
Configure and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative capabilities and programmatic development, including Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Flows, Validation Rules, Security, Reports, and Dashboards.
Participate in solution discussions, technical design conversations, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
Participate in client demonstrations, testing, defect resolution, deployments, and post-production support.
Collaborate with Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
