What We're Looking For
✔️ 5-8 years of hands-on Instructional Design experience

✔️ Strong grip on curriculum design and instructional strategy, not just execution
✔️ Comfortable in client-facing conversations — consulting, not just delivering
✔️ Experience working across eLearning, corporate, or higher-ed domains
