Role Overview

Realatte Ventures is looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing skilled with strong experience in managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency, managing multiple client accounts, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
Manage multiple client campaigns and ensure timely execution and delivery of performance objectives.
Monitor key metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign performance.
Continuously optimize campaigns, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and budgets to improve results.
Coordinate with the creative, content, design, and client servicing teams to develop high-performing campaign strategies.
Conduct audience research,



competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign planning.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Work towards improving lead quality and overall conversion performance, not just generating lead volumes.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, AI tools, and performance marketing strategies.
Take ownership of campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Proven experience in managing lead generation campaigns across multiple industries.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and reporting tools will be an added advantage.
