Credgenics is a debt collections and resolution platform working with 100+ banks, NBFCs, and fintechs. Its Voice AI team builds AI voice agents that handle large-scale collections calls in Hinglish and regional Indian languages.

Role Overview
As part of Strategic Initiatives, you will work closely with the Voice AI team to improve the performance and effectiveness of AI voice agents. The role combines strategy, problem-solving, experimentation, operations, analytics, and stakeholder management.

You will work closely with tele-callers and analyse call interactions to identify what drives better collections outcomes, then translate these insights into improvements for the voice bot.

You will also design and run voice bot campaigns, analyse results through cohorts and control groups, and use data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions. The role also involves working on unit economics, including cost per call, vendor costs, and margins at scale.
You will collaborate with lenders, AI vendors, and internal teams, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.





Key Responsibilities
• Identify problems and opportunities to improve Voice AI performance.
• Work closely with tele-callers and analyse call transcripts and interactions.
• Design, execute, and evaluate voice bot campaigns and experiments.
• Use data, metrics, cohorts, and control groups to measure impact.
• Translate insights from real-world conversations into product and bot improvements.
• Work on unit economics, including cost per call, vendor costs, and margins.
• Coordinate with lenders, AI vendors, and internal teams to drive initiatives.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation through execution.
• Handle both strategic and hands-on operational work as required.

Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, product, operations, analytics, engineering, sales, or a similar field.
• Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguous problems.
