Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – Delegate Relations.

Overview of the Role:
The candidate will be responsible for interacting with Ultra HNI community / Business Owners / Inviting and registering UHNW individuals / Data management of delegates / Support Membership for all major events hosted by CFC around the year. The events include three major conferences and other smaller roundtables and workshops across the country. The candidate will gain a fundamental understanding of CFC’s business model and client base through close coordination with senior members of the team while executing immediate KRAs.
Sponsorship Sales
Achieve annual sponsorship revenue targets across CFC's conferences, forums, and networking events.
Identify, prospect, and acquire recent sponsorship partners across relevant industry sectors.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through structured prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.




Develop customized sponsorship proposals and partnership solutions aligned with clients' marketing and business objectives.
Negotiate commercials, close sponsorship agreements, and manage contract execution.
Build long-term relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Business Heads, and key decision-makers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsor benefits and activation commitments.
Delegate Relations
Support the Business Development team in day-to-day sales and relationship management activities.
Build, maintain, and continuously enrich the membership and prospect database through research and data mining.
Identify and map prospective family businesses, family offices, UHNWIs, and ecosystem partners across regions.
Conduct tele-calling and outreach campaigns to senior decision-makers for meeting generation and event participation.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Business Development team with qualified prospects.
