ZOCA is building products that help businesses simplify their operations, improve customer engagement, and drive growth. As we continue to scale our presence in the US market, we are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to help build our US SMB sales pipeline.

This is a high-impact, phone-first outbound role for someone who knows how to engage SMB prospects, create interest, handle objections, and consistently book qualified demos.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for our US SMB sales team.

Your primary objective will be straightforward: create meaningful conversations with US SMB prospects and book high-quality product demos for our Account Executives.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional cold caller who is comfortable picking up the phone, calling prospects throughout the US, handling rejection, navigating gatekeepers, creating urgency, and confidently asking for the meeting.

This is not a passive lead-follow-up role.



We are looking for someone who can create a pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting.

What You'll Do

Own outbound prospecting for the US SMB market.
Make a high volume of targeted outbound calls to SMB prospects across the US.
Engage business owners, founders, operators, and other key decision-makers.
Identify prospects who have a relevant business need and qualify them for a sales conversation.
Create interest and communicate ZOCA's value proposition clearly and concisely.
Book qualified product demos directly over the phone.
Use cold calling as the primary channel, supported by email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
Handle common objections and confidently navigate conversations with prospects.
Follow up persistently with prospects who show interest but aren't immediately ready to book.
Research accounts and personalize outreach where it can materially improve conversion.
