Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Account Executive to drive new business . This role involves managing full-cycle sales — from discovery to closing — while building solid pipeline coverage and driving predictable revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
Build and manage a strong,



qualified pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, account research, and consistent follow-ups.
Engage CFOs, finance leaders, business heads, and other key stakeholders to understand their operational and financial challenges.
Conduct structured discovery conversations and position Volopay's solutions based on customer needs and workflows.
Deliver compelling, value-driven product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
Drive opportunities forward through effective follow-ups, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
Collaborate with Product, Onboarding, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting discipline.
Stay informed about competitor activity, pricing dynamics, market trends, and buyer behaviour across target markets.
Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs.
