About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced SRE / DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, production reliability, monitoring, and deployment processes. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available systems.

What You'll Do
Own and optimize AWS infrastructure for scalability, availability, security, and cost.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and reliable deployment/rollback processes.
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and drive RCA and reliability improvements.
Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate operational tasks.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK/OpenSearch.
Manage containerized applications using Docker and preferably Kubernetes / ECS / EKS.
Support production data pipelines, ETL workflows, and scheduled jobs.
Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and Redis environments.
Implement infrastructure security, backups, disaster recovery, and access management.




Work closely with backend engineers on releases, infrastructure planning, and platform improvements.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
Solid production experience with AWS.
Good understanding of Linux, networking, DNS, load balancing, SSL/TLS, and IAM.
Experience with Git, GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker, and Terraform.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools.
Strong scripting skills in Bash; Python is a plus.
Experience supporting high-availability, cloud-native, and microservices-based applications.
Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with fintech, financial data, or data-intensive platforms is a plus.
