We’re Hiring | Assistant Merchandiser

n Agile Horses is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our team.
nAs an Assistant Merchandiser, you will work closely with the Senior Merchandiser, suppliers, and internal production teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n
- n
- Assist in handling buyer orders from procuring raw materials to dispatchn
- Coordinate with suppliers for fabrics, trims, accessories, and other materialsn
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A; sheets, and production follow-upsn
- Coordinate with sampling, production, QC, and packing teamsn
- Follow up on production timelines and ensure timely order completionn
- Communicate with buyers and suppliers regarding order requirementsn
- Maintain accurate records of order status, approvals, and deliveriesn

n Requirements
n
- n
- 0–2 years of experience in merchandising/apparel industryn
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also applyn




- Good English communication skills — written & verbal is a mustn
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel n
- Strong follow-up and coordination skillsn
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksn
- Prior experience in garment manufacturing/export merchandising will be an advantagen
