Position- Gyanodaya Learning Associate
nLocation Navi Mumbai- CBD Belapur
nPayroll type- Third Party Payroll- Work from office- 5 days a week
nBasic Profile of the position:
nSupport the Program Directors & Admin on pre, during & post program activities & communication for the assigned Gyanodaya Programs.

nUnder Co-ordination:
n· Ensure that the invited participant's confirmations are received well within the timelines.
n· Coordinate with the Learning Partners & Gyanodaya Admin Team for required program logistics which includes Contract management, pre-program webinar, classroom arrangements (Vitrual & Physical), program material, Admin support, Invoice processes, Post-program co-ordination support etc.
nUnder Learning Design:
n· Understand the pre-work required for the program & support the participants in completing the pre-work.
n· Understand Learning Framework (GLEAM)
nLearning Framework (GLEAM)



is a Quality assurance approach to Learning Excellence as a process. It is a common framework developed by the Gyanodaya team which will be used to get to the business impact of all programs running at Gyanodaya.
n· Finalize GLEAM for the assigned programs and maintain relevant records.
n· Execute the agreed activities under GLEAM.

nThe candidate should have:
n· Support should be more than just co-ordination and should demonstrate the aptitude of a learning qualified.
n· Been involved in identifying right training for right audience.
n· Experience in interacting with Senior Managers and business stakeholders.
nSkills:
n· Excellent Communication Skills.
n· Report Writing Skills.
n· Comfortable using Excel & PowerPoint.
