Exciting chance for an experienced Biomolecule Specialist to support our growing customer base across India. This role will focus on pre-sales and post-sales application support for our Large Molecule portfolio. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical expertise to customers across biopharma, CDMO, CRO, academic, and leading research institutes—supporting workflows from upstream biodiscovery through downstream purification and chromatography processes. Acting as a trusted technical partner, you will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders across India and the wider APAC organisation. Key Responsibilities: Customer & Technical Support · Provide expert application support through on-site visits, remote sessions, phone, and email · Deliver hands-on demonstrations, workflow consultation, method development guidance, and on-site training · Support installation start-up, performance confirmation, and troubleshooting to ensure successful customer outcomes · Assist with chromatography media selection, column operation,



and downstream purification optimisation Pre-Sales & Business Support · Partner closely with the local Sales team to identify, develop, and maximise Large Molecule opportunities · Support technical discussions to shape opportunities and influence customer specifications · Build account plans together with sales leadership for strategic customers in India · Provide competitive insights and structured field feedback to improve win rates and positioning Portfolio & Workflow Expertise · Support the integrated Large Molecule portfolio across Core/Discovery products (e.g., PhyTip, PhyPrep) · Ensure seamless customer workflow support from biodiscovery through process purification · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bioprocess trends, chromatography technologies, and competitive landscape in India · Coordinate with APAC application and product teams for joint customer projects Market & Scientific Contribution · Contrib
