We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can spot outstanding leaders before everyone else does. If you can close senior talent, handle hiring managers, and somehow convince people with 90-day notice periods to move faster — we want to meet you.
What you’ll do
Own leadership and senior-level hiring end-to-end.
Partner with business leaders to understand what they actually need (not just what the JD says).
Build and maintain a strong leadership talent pipeline.
Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiations, and offer closures.
Drive a smooth candidate experience from first call to joining day.
Use data, networks, LinkedIn, and your recruiter instincts to find the right talent.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to leadership hiring.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple critical mandates.
Blue-collar hiring experience is a big plus.
