You will be responsible for translating complex policy, research, and systems transformation work into compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including government bodies, ecosystem partners, and the general public. Key Responsibilities: 1. Institutional Positioning & Strategic Communications Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to position the organization as a leading voice on inclusive education-to-employment pathways. Translate complex systems transformation initiatives and research insights into explicit, accessible communication outputs. Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external platforms. 2. Leadership Visibility & Thought Leadership Support leadership visibility across policy forums, conferences, and digital channels like LinkedIn. Draft briefing notes, presentations, op-eds, articles,



and talking points for leadership engagements. Maintain a leadership communications calendar to track and manage speaking opportunities. 3. Content Strategy & Digital Presence Lead end-to-end content development for reports, policy briefs, newsletters, social media, and website content.
