About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Program Coordinator to lead and oversee program strategy and implementation across the Delhi region. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the quality of education for children with disabilities. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong program execution skills, experience in inclusive education or public systems, and the ability to build and manage multi-stakeholder partnerships across government, NGOs, and education institutions.



Key Responsibilities Program Strategy & Implementation Lead regional planning and execution of inclusive education programs in alignment with organizational goals. Ensure timely execution, high-quality delivery, and effective risk management across initiatives. Monitor program progress, resolve bottlenecks, and adapt strategies based on data insights and field realities. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Building Build strong, team-oriented relationships with government bodies, schools, educators, and community-based organizations. Advocate for inclusive education practices within government and partner ecosystems. Impact Measurement & Communication Ensure quality documentation and reporting of program outcomes to internal leadership and external funders.
