Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and confident sales & marketing intern primarily responsible for cold calling prospective business customers and regular follow-ups.
This is a good opportunity for candidates who want practical experience in B2B sales, telecalling, customer communication, and lead follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Make cold calls to prospective business customers from the database provided by the company.
Introduce Yojna Technosoft and its services in a clear and skilled manner.




Identify interested prospects and understand their basic requirements.
Conduct regular follow-up calls with interested prospects.
Schedule appointments or online meetings for the senior sales team.
Follow up on quotations and proposals already shared with customers.
Maintain daily records of calls, responses, and follow-up dates.
Update lead status accurately in Excel/CRM.
Reconnect with old/inactive leads when required.
Achieve daily and weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the senior sales team for qualified opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate / Undergraduate / MBA/BBA student or fresher.
Good verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with new people.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
Ability to communicate professionally with business customers.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
