The Manager’s primary role is to prospect their targeted list of accounts effectively, skilfully diagnose client needs, match EuRadicle solutions with key decision-makers, close business, and grow sales revenue. The Manager builds mutually beneficial business relationships by helping clients solve problems or achieve greater business results with the purchase of the appropriate EuRadicle subscription. He/she becomes a trusted advisor with the execution of results-based quarterly and annual business reviews with their subscribing clients to ensure a successful return on investment and generate expansions and renewals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Key initiator of recent and strategic business development targeting medium to large-sized accounts.
Conduct market research and gather insights to support decision-making and prioritize opportunities.
Profound and demonstrable networking and social media outreach skills to connect with mid to senior level L&D;, HR, and Business executives to generate interest, pipeline opportunities, and new business.




Highly skilful in diagnosing and assessing clients’ talent development needs at a strategic and business outcome level.
Executive presence and credibility in face-to-face meetings, live in-person and online. Very technically savvy with sales, platform, and social media technologies
Closes business consistently within the EuRadicle philosophy, methodology, and values.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their talent needs and opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Track and report on sales performance, business development activities, and progress against set objectives.
Demonstrate leadership abilities to develop strategies for the team to follow.
Represent EuRadicle at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company’s visibility and brand reputation
