Job Overview
RACOM Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced Expeditor & Logistics Officer to join our India office and support our operations across the GCC region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure the timely movement and delivery of materials and equipment while maintaining proper shipping and logistics documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular updates on order and delivery status.
Coordinate international shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics activities.
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and logistics documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams.
Track shipments and proactively address delays or logistical issues.




Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding shipment and delivery status.
Support GCC operations from the India office.
Maintain proper records of purchase orders, shipments, delivery schedules, and related documentation.

Requirements
Strong experience in expediting and logistics.
Experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial Supply is preferred.
Good knowledge of international shipping and logistics documentation.
Solid coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and shipments simultaneously.
