Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Ghaziabad. The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day shop floor operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting production schedules, coordinating resources, guiding production teams, and resolving operational issues in real time. The role involves enforcing safety procedures,



supporting continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams. The Production Supervisor will also provide performance feedback, train team members on processes, and help implement best practices in manufacturing.
