Finance Executive

Company: Kasper Infotech Private Limited
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

Job Overview
We are looking for a Finance Executive who is comfortable handling day-to-day accounting work and understands the importance of keeping financial records accurate and up to date.
The person joining us will be responsible for regular bookkeeping, GST and TDS compliance, reconciliations, and coordination with our accounts/CA team. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pays attention to details, and is comfortable working with deadlines.

What You’ll Be Handling

Managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
Recording sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Preparing and filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Handling TDS calculation and TDS return filing.
Maintaining and reconciling bank and ledger accounts.
Checking accounting entries and keeping financial records properly updated.




Supporting monthly accounting and reconciliation activities.
Coordinating with the CA/Tax Consultant whenever required.
Ensuring GST, TDS, and other routine compliance work is completed on time.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of practical experience in accounting or finance.
Good working knowledge of GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and TDS filing.
Good understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping.
Experience with BUSY / Tally and MS Excel.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Someone who is responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
