About the Role:
Smartsheet is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Global Field & Partner Marketing Center
of Excellence (COE) in India. This role provides centralized program execution and operational support to
our Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) and Partner Marketing leads across EMEA & APJ handling the
repeatable, detail-intensive work that keeps regional campaigns, events, and partner programs running
smoothly.
You will work behind the scenes on tracking, reporting, and coordination so that regional field marketers
can stay focused on strategy and stakeholder relationships. You'll partner closely with FMMs and Partner




Marketing Managers day-to-day.
This is a solid fit for someone who enjoys structured execution, has an eye for detail, and wants to build
broad exposure to field and partner marketing operations.
This role will report directly to the Marketing COE Director with a matrixed accountability to the Field
Marketing Manager Team across EMEA and APJ.
You Will:
● Support execution of regional campaigns and events by maintaining trackers, timelines, and status updates
in Smartsheet.
● Assist Field Marketing Managers with logistics coordination for regional events, webinars, and partner
programs (venue/vendor tracking, registration monitoring, follow-up tasks).
● Maintain and update pipeline and performance of programs to support AQL/TQL/SAO reporting for
regional reviews.
● Help build and format recurring reporting materials including PowerPoint recap decks, Excel summaries,
and executive update
