The Unfiltered Startup is a growth-focused company helping ambitious businesses acquire customers, improve their marketing, and scale.
We're looking for an International Sales Intern who wants real-world exposure to selling into global markets — especially the US.
This is not a passive internship. You will be expected to research prospects, start conversations, generate leads, handle outreach, and help convert prospects into clients.
What You'll Do
Research and identify potential clients in international markets, primarily the US.
Build targeted prospect lists of founders, business owners, and decision-makers.
Execute cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
Write personalized outreach messages that generate responses.
Qualify leads and understand their business problems.
Conduct initial sales conversations and follow-ups.
Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in the CRM.
Assist with proposals, sales presentations, and follow-up sequences.
Study competitors, industries, and market opportunities.




Track outreach metrics and continuously improve conversion rates.
Work directly with the founding team and learn how an international sales operation is built from scratch.
Who We're Looking For
You should:
Have solid spoken and written English.
Be confident communicating with business owners and professionals.
Be highly proactive and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
Have a strong interest in sales, startups, marketing, or business.
Be comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up.
Have good research and communication skills.
Be willing to work in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
Be comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, email, and AI tools.
Be hungry to learn rather than simply looking for a certificate.
