Build Immersive Gameplay Experiences

At GameGenesis, we're looking for a passionate Unreal Developer Intern who loves creating engaging gameplay systems and bringing ideas to life through code and visual scripting.

You'll work closely with designers, artists, and developers to build mechanics, systems, and features that power our games using Unreal Engine 5.

Whether you're passionate about gameplay programming, AI systems, multiplayer mechanics, or game optimization, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real game development environment.

Your Mission
- Develop gameplay features and mechanics using Unreal Engine 5.
- Create and maintain systems using Blueprints and C++.
- Implement player controls, character abilities, UI systems, and gameplay interactions.
- Integrate animations, VFX, audio, and game assets into projects.
- Debug, test, and optimize gameplay systems.
- Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into playable experiences.
- Maintain clean, organized,



and scalable code and Blueprint architecture.
- Participate in testing and improving overall game performance.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience working with Unreal Engine 5.
- Understands Blueprint Visual Scripting.
- Has basic knowledge of C++ programming.
- Understands object-oriented programming concepts.
- Has strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Is passionate about game development and eager to learn.
- Can work collaboratively in a team workplace.

It'll Be Awesome If You Also Have
- Experience with Gameplay Ability System (GAS).
- Knowledge of AI, Behavior Trees, and Navigation Systems.
- Familiarity with UMG, Animation Blueprints, and Control Rig.
- Experience with Niagara VFX.
- Understanding of multiplayer and networking concepts.
- Experience using Git or version control systems.
- Personal game projects or a GitHub portfolio showcasing Unreal Engine
